We are constantly evolving as new parents/carers join and old ones step down. Some happy to organise events, some happy to show up on the event day to volunteer, ones on our mailing list who answer to our last minute SOSs, the list goes on! What we are trying to say is, there is always a role for you, so please give us a call for a chat!

Some of our roles like the Chair, Vice-chair/co-chair, secretary and treasury are well defined (please scroll down to read more) while others can be quite ad-hoc. We have some established successful events like the summer and winter fairs and the fireworks but there is always room for tweaking them and making them better. Whatever the event, big or small, we are always on the lookout for help in the following areas:

Food

Our families love to be fed, we are always on the lookout for parents/carers with skills at the BBQ for exampe. In the past we have also had parents donating dishes for our food stalls. Ethnic food goes down a treat and we have had super successful Japanese, Indian and Persian food stalls!

Craft and Art

Craft stalls are always popular, we are always on the lookout for new ideas and people to implement them. Also popular are facepainting, tattoos & nail art!

Sponsors

If you know businesses or local companies that we could tap for event sponsorships, or raffle prizes or for stalls at our fairs do help us out.
